Official Licensing & National Compliance
We operate as a fully legal and registered entity within the Republic of Indonesia, ensuring accountability and adherence to all national regulations.
- Company Registration: We are a legally registered Indonesian Perseroan Terbatas (PT) company under the parentage of Juara Holding Group.
- Tour Operator License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid Tour and Travel Agency Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif), which is mandatory for all legal tour operators.
- Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer and comply with all Indonesian fiscal regulations, contributing to the national economy.
- Industry Membership: We are a proud and active member of the Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (ASITA), adhering to its professional code of conduct.

Marine Safety
- Vessel Certification: Every vessel we charter, from small speedboats to Phinisi schooners, holds a valid safety certificate (Surat Kelaikan Kapal) from the local harbour master’s office (Kantor Syahbandar dan Otoritas Pelabuhan – KSOP).
- Onboard Equipment: All vessels are equipped with modern safety equipment, including GPS navigation, satellite phones, life rafts, life jackets, and first aid kits.
- Certified Crew: All boat captains and key crew members are fully licensed with a Seaman’s Book (Buku Pelaut) and have extensive experience navigating the Banda Sea.
Land Transportation
- Vehicle Maintenance: Our fleet of vehicles is modern, air-conditioned, and subject to a strict, documented schedule of preventative maintenance.
- Driver Training: Our drivers are professionally licensed and trained in defensive driving and guest service protocols.
- GPS Tracking: All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for real-time monitoring and added security.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
We are prepared for any contingency to ensure a swift and effective response.
- Emergency Response Plan (ERP): We have a comprehensive ERP that covers medical emergencies, natural disasters, and other potential incidents. Our team is drilled on these protocols regularly.
- Medical Evacuation Partnership: We have a standing agreement with a leading international medical evacuation provider to ensure access to emergency transport and a higher level of care if required.
- Staff Training: All our lead guides and operations staff are certified in First Aid and CPR.

- National Insurance Coverage: All our Indonesian employees are registered and covered by the mandatory national social security programs: BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance).
